| Machine Capacities: | 2013 Giben 450DJ edgebander with premil and Corner rounding comes with extra glue pot for quick change of colors AUTOMATIC EDGE BANDING MACHINE for application of veneer and coiled PVC from 0.4 up to 3 mm of thickness and strips up to 5 mm of thickness if fed individually. GENERAL CHARACTERISTICS Machine Structure The new base design together with the machined plates on which the units are fixed build a strong structure, able to absorb the vibrations and grant a perfect stability during intensive production. Panel Feeding Magazine The correct panel feeding is guaranteed by an in-feed guide system, by a track composed of a steel chain on which pads control the material with covered high-grip rubber that are fixed and by a pressing bar with two opposite rows of rubber cog-wheels for material control. A movable extractable roller bar helps the operator for heavy and large panel support. Control Panel System The control panel incorporates the operating controls of all the working units (by “TOUCH SCREEN”) and an emergency stop switch. The automation of all the working units and the HEATING of the gluing unit are handled by a PLC. The high-frequency motors are controlled by INVERTERS, equipped with electronic braking circuit PRE-MILLING Acoustic isolating cabinet and integrated suction on the group. Diamond cutter 35 mm. height (available on request 65 mm.). 150 mm external diameter. 30 mm internal with time entrance. PRE-MELTING GLUE SYSTEM With quick change glue pot (top pot capacity 5KG, lower pot capacity 2KG. PRESSING GROUP Pressing of the edge against the panel after gluing and cutting of all edges in rolls up to 3 mm of thickness. 4 chrome steel rollers: 1st motorized roller; 2nd cylindrical idle roller; 3 rd and 4th taper roller bearings Synchronized movement with track. Stand structure on tempered steel. Motor (0.75 kW) CORNER ROUNDING / TRIMMING DEVICE Upper and lower trimming of edge applied onto straight panels with upper and lower rounding of edge applied onto post-formed panels. Maximum panel height 60 mm. 2 motors (0.7 kW) 18,000 min. - 1 300 Hz Working speed: maximum 12 m/min. (may vary depending on additional groups). Head diameter a 70 mm. R = 3 Engines suction diameter 60 mm. PROFILE SCRAPER Removal of material to clean the profile shape from possible imperfections from the trimmer tooling. Tools included.
